ToolRift provides browser-based AI tools for text, image, code, data, and audio processing. Tools are provided as-is without warranty. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the platform for illegal purposes, submit malicious or harmful content, attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures, reverse engineer or scrape our services, or resell access to our tools without authorization.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform, its code, design, and branding are owned by ToolRift. You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for providing the requested services.
6. Limitation of Liability
ToolRift is provided as-is. We are not liable for damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccurate tool outputs.
