When you use ToolRift, we collect information you provide directly (name, email when creating an account) and information automatically collected (usage data, IP address, browser type). We also collect the content you submit to our tools for processing — but this data is processed in isolated, ephemeral sandboxes and is never used to train AI models.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your account, ensure security and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Processing and Storage
Tool execution data is processed in isolated Docker containers or WASM sandboxes. Input data is mounted read-only and output data is collected after execution. Containers are destroyed immediately after processing. Execution results are stored for 30 days (free plan) or 365 days (Pro plan) before automatic deletion.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, sandboxed tool execution, and regular security audits. Access to production systems is strictly limited and logged.
